All 6 CrossFit Age Group Semifinal Exercises Launched

Kicking off on Thursday, Could 26, all six CrossFit Age Group Semifinal exercises have been launched. The web occasion will decide the ten athletes in every age group division to compete within the 2022 CrossFit Video games.

That is the primary 12 months Grasp and Teen athletes will compete in Semifinals, having beforehand solely competed within the Age Group On-line Qualifier after the Open to qualify for the Video games.

Age Group Semifinals will run over two weekends, with the teenagers, 35-39, 40-44, and 45-49 age divisions competing between Could 26 and 29, and masters within the remaining 4 age teams competing from June 2 to five.

A complete of 30 athletes in every division has certified to compete on this last stage of qualification. They may deal with the next six exercises to find out the ten athletes who advance to the CrossFit Video games from every age division.

In kilograms: the minimal acceptable weights in kilograms are 34 kg (75 lb), 43 kg (95 lb), 52 kg (115 lb), 56 kg (125 lb), 61 kg (135 lb), and 83 kg (185 lb).

Males should use a 45-lb (20-kg) barbell, and girls should use a 35-lb (15-kg) barbell.

Beginning each 2 minutes till the reps can’t be accomplished within the interval:
